Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou face their highly-anticipated heavyweight bout on Saturday night as two world champions come together in the ring.
Ngannou left the UFC last year having become one of its star names as he departed as the company’s reigning heavyweight world champion. Fury, meanwhile, is the biggest name in heavyweight boxing, with his status as reigning WBC world champion in addition to an undefeated career record to date.
The contest will take place in Saudi Arabia, with fans being treated to ten rounds of action. Despite being a fully professional contest, Fury’s world title will not be on the line, meaning that he will be able to defend his crown against Oleksandr Usyk in a fight which is expected in the coming months.
Also fighting on the card, Fabio Wardley takes on David Adeleye in defence of his British heavyweight title. Meanwhile, Fury’s long-time training partner and former world heavyweight champion Joseph Parker will face Simon Kean.
