Holly Willoughby has been subtly showing her support to Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond as they stepped in to host This Morning following her sudden exit. The presenter is currently enjoying her eight-week-long break away from the small screen.
Some were surprised by her sudden exit as it came with no warning or the usual fanfare of hosting an extra episode during the final week. And while it isn't clear when the 42-year-old, who was last seen on the programme on Thursday, July 6, will return, she has been supporting her co-stars.
Amid their disrupted appearances at the helm to This Morning this week due to ITV changing schedule to make way for coverage of the Fifa Women's World Cup, Dermot took to Instagram with a snap of himself and Alison.

The 50-year-old could be seen posing in the ITV daytime show's studio as he held onto 48-year-old Alison's hand and used his other hand to gesture towards his co-host and friend as if to show her off to the camera.
And rightly so as Alison looked super glam as she smiled at the camera while sporting a floral shirt and matching trousers. "Switch on @thismorning and come join us for some Thursday laughs," Dermot penned alongside the post at the time and keen to show her approval, Holly gave the post a 'like' while Dermot's fans and followers rushed to comment.
