Helen Flanagan has been mum-shamed by trolls on social media viciously criticising her after she revealed where she buys her children's school shoes. The former Coronation Street actress took to her Instagram stories on Tuesday (August 8) to share a sweet new snap of her and her two daughters Matilda, eight, and Delilah, five, together. Opening up about the perils of parenthood and the busyness of life with school-age children, 33 year old Helen, who recently shared how she "missed" having a family unit on her latest holiday with the children, began: "So for once I’m actually organised for back to school.
"Wish I actually looked so calm and put together for the school run x. "Picked up the perfect going to back to school shoes for my girls from @schuh that they both love. ( can’t cope with how cute Delilah looks on pic 3… how is she not going into reception and into year one)," the star continued.
"I always buy my kids shoes from @schuh #wewearschuh #AD," she added, but some followers couldn't believe that Helen had opted to spend £149 collectively. Posing in the sweet snaps, Matilda donned shiny black Dr Martens with her school uniform, and Delilah showed off a pair of New Balance PE trainers. The Dr Martens, an already famous and stylish brand, were recently on sale at Schuh for £119, while the trainers were priced at £30.
Annoyed that Helen may have been advertising shoes that were actually gifted to her due to her "ad" addition on the post, people complained in the comments. "You're organised because it’s been gifted," one person wrote. "Literally using your kids to shill, absolutely shameless behaviour," another said.
