Helen Flanagan shares hidden help as she talks end of 'special' relationship with Scott Sinclair and finding someone new

Helen Flanagan has spoken out on the end of her 'special' relationship with Scott Sinclair and hinted that she had found 'someone new' but isn't ready to date. The actress took to her Instagram Story on Thursday evening with a series of pre-recorded videos in which she spoke about the year since her split from her footballer fiance.
It comes after Helen, who celebrated turning 33 earlier this week, said 'it's hard' as she made an admission about parenting following her and Scott's split.
The former couple are proud parents to Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and two-year-old son Charlie and she only confirmed her split from the Bristol Rovers star for the first time ahead of her stint on I'm A Celebrity... South Africa earlier this year, confirming the former couple of 13 years had actually broken up last July.

But in her latest social media post, Helen candidly opened, admitting she felt 'lonely' for the first time in her life earlier this year, months after the end of her and Scott's relationship, which she described as being 'special' before it came to an end.
More than a year on from her split from Scott, Helen reflected on the last 13 months on her Instagram Story saying her footballer ex was once "her whole world" but decided she 'wanted to share' what has really been going on for her in that time. She started by saying: "I'm just myself on Instagram. What my life actually is. I'm just myself.
"I love following other women and you can create a community on Instagram, really. When I look at Instagram and TikTok I usually look at relationship things or break-up things. I didn't want to share those things so there's plenty
