Hairy Bikers star Si King has thanked fans days after sharing an emotional update on his final project with Dave Myers. The much-loved TV chef died in February, just under two years after he revealed he’d been diagnosed with cancer in May 2022.
Best friend Si announced the sad news of Dave's death in a heartbreaking message shared on social media, in which he confirmed he, Dave's wife Liliana Orzac, his family and close friend David were all by his side as he sadly passed on February 28, aged 66.
Recently, in a video shared on Instagram last week, Si revealed his final project with his late friend, Hairy Bikers' latest book, 'Fast and Fresh'. Posting on the account he once shared with Dave, the 57-year-old looked visibly moved in a video where he announced the release of the cookbook that he says Dave was "so proud of".
