Dylan has rescheduled all of the UK, US and European dates of her ‘Rebel Child’ tour to early 2024.Originally set to kick off on October 27 at Vicar Street in Dublin, Dylan’s UK and European leg of the tour will now begin on January 31 in Munich, Germany. From there, the musician will make stops in London, Glasgow, Dublin, Leeds, Cambridge, Oxford, Cardiff and Bournemouth between February 15 and 25.The North American leg of the tour will now kick off on April 3.

Tirzah has released her third studio album, ‘trip9love…???’, and has announced a handful of tour dates beginning this week.The LP is available to stream now ahead of its physical release on November 17 via Domino. The UK artist created the album alongside producer and long-time musical collaborator Mica Levi over the course of a year. Both Levi and Tirzah wrote and recorded ‘trip9love…???’ at each of their homes as well as parts of South East London and Kent.According to a press release, the tracks on the album were built using “piano loops on top of one beat, distortion added, then romantic vocal toplines.” Its lyrics are centred around themes of love that were both real and imagined.

Empire State Bastard have announced that Benefits will serve as opening support during their 2023 winter UK and EU tour.Kicking off on November 2, both bands will play the first show of the tour at the Alhambra venue in Paris, before making stops in Cologne, Amsterdam, Berlin and Hamberg that same week.From there, they will start the UK leg of the tour with a show in Cardiff on November 9. A growing list of 300 film professionals, including Martin Scorsese, Olivier Assayas, Joanna Hogg, and Radu Jude, have signed an open letter calling for the contract of outgoing Berlinale Artistic Director Carlo Chatrian to be reinstated and extended beyond 2024. 

Carlo Chatrian whose mandate as artistic director of the Berlinale will come to an end next year. As we reported last week, Chatrian had been expected to stay on beyond 2024, and was surprised to learn that the German body which oversees the festival, Kulturveranstaltungen des Bundes in Berlin (KBB), announced that it would no extend his contract. The org had previously said it would abandon the model of having an executive director and an artistic director and return instead to having a single director, following the next edition.
