Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has described how she feels “better and better every day” following her three and a half stone weight loss. In an exclusive chat with new magazine, Amy, 22, opened up about how she’s focusing on herself and her ongoing health and fitness journey, and reaping the rewards.
Amy, who sprang to fame on the Channel 4 show alongside her mum, dad and brother Josh, explained: “I feel better and better in myself every day.” The TV star, who recently unveiled the results of losing a further 33cm around her waist, continued: “You won’t be happy.
