Manchester’s Gin and Rum Festival is returning following a sell-out event earlier this year.
The Gin & Rum Festival will be held once again at Manchester Cathedral on September 8 and 9 featuring a wide range of guest distillers alongside live entertainment and music from an award-winning DJ.
There will also be a tequila and cocktail bar, alongside masterclasses and sample tasting sessions. The event follows a sell-out weekend in March.

“Manchester is a city that never disappoints,” said owner Bobby Nanua about the upcoming Festival. “We’ve hosted our event inside the Manchester Cathedral previously and it’s an unforgettable experience.”
He added: “We sold out back in March and we’re looking to do the same in September to recreate the incredible memories we made, there’s nothing quite like the Gin and Rum Festival inside a Grade 1 listed masterpiece.”
More than 50,000 people are said to have attended the Gin & Rum Festival this year alone at various locations across the UK. Before the Festival heads to Manchester, it will stop at Cheltenham and Glasgow. Following Manchester, it will visit locations including Swansea, London, Northampton and Sheffield.
Tickets for timed sessions on September 8 and 9 are now on sale here and start at £12.50. Each ticket included a stainless steel cup, stainless steel straw, Gin & Rum guide, satchel, snack and a drink on departure.
