Joe Otterson TV Reporter April Perroni has joined Gersh as the agency’s senior vice president and head of business affairs, Variety has learned exclusively. With the hiring, Steve Kravit will transition from his current role as head of business affairs to an of counsel role for Gersh. In addition, Madison White has been brought on as an associate and will work alongside current business affairs attorney TJ Heath.

She has also held business affairs roles at both Paradigm Talent Agency and ICM. In her career, she has negotiated and reviewed deals across film, television, literary, media rights, branding, commercials, influencer and new media agreements for actor, writer, director, producer, and content creator clients.
She was selected as “The Best and Brightest” in Variety’s inaugural “Hollywood Law: Up Next” issue in 2011, provides pro bono legal services to the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project, and serves as a board member for the Association of Talent Agents.
