Holch began her career as an assistant to an Executive Producer at Sony Pictures Television before moving over to A3 in 2019, where she was promoted to Coordinator in 2020 and Agent in 2022.
A graduate of Cornell University, Holch’s roster is a mix of emerging and established talent including Feraz Ozel (Deli Boys), Yael Glouberman (Young Sheldon), Sam Rubinek & Nate Burke (Riverdale), Brandon Guercio (Treadstone) Cathryn Humphris (Mad Men) and Sean Collins-Smith (Chicago PD).
