This is the first picture of a dad who died along with his four-year-old son in a devastating house fire in Wigan.
Barry Mason, 45, tragically lost his life in the blaze at his family home on Warrington Road in the early hours of Sunday morning (April 14). His four-year-old son Ethan also sadly died of his injuries in hospital yesterday (Tuesday) after Barry had 'ran back inside to save him'.
Ethan's aunt Jessica posted a photo and tribute to the dad on her Facebook page today. She said he was the family's 'very own superhero'.

"Our very own Super hero", Jessica wrote. "Barry, we are heartbroken.
"Such a gentle giant and a devoted Daddy until your last breath. Words will never describe just how grateful we are to you, hold our baby tight up there."
Earlier, she posted a tribute to Ethan and said he 'didn't want his daddy to be alone'. She said: "Little Ethan decided he didn’t want his Daddy to be alone, and he is now back in his arms.
"As a family we are all completely broken but want to thankyou every single one of you for your words of love and support."
She has set up a fundraising page to support the family left behind after the tragedy. Jessica added: "Please respect our families privacy at this time and allow us to grieve this terrible loss.
"Please, if you can, still donate as devastatingly we now have two funerals to arrange and so many costs to cover after the fire has destroyed not only my beautiful sisters life but everything her and the kids have owned."
The fire is believed to have started in the kitchen of the home on Warrington Road, before it spread to the roof. Six people were inside the family home at the time.
