Emmerdale fans 'work out' how Al and Chas affair will be exposed after Cain clue

Fans of ITV soap Emmerdale think they might have worked out out how Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) and Al Chapman’s (Michael Wildman) affair might be uncovered after the pair met up for a secret tryst during Marlon and Rhona’s wedding reception on the Dales during Thursday’s episode (August 11). Chas and Al have become entangled in an affair as Chas continues to come to terms with the devastating reality of her mum Faith’s (Sally Dexter) cancer and, during the illicit encounter, the pair hinted at their true feelings for one another.
Viewers have a theory that heartbreak might now be on the way for one of the soap's most beloved characters, Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) after Cain made a surprise appearance holding two champagne glasses, despite supposedly being alone. The moment suggested to fans that Cain (Jeff Hordley) could be crucial to the affair coming out, with many taking to Twitter to share how the soap veteran might play a part.
