The Easter holiday officially kicks off this weekend, which means that many families across the country might be quite busy.
For a few of us, that means getting a well-deserved break with an extra long weekend. That's because the Easter weekend is viewed as a bank holiday in the UK, with many companies taking time off during that period.
This includes supermarkets, which is somewhere a lot of families might find themselves this weekend. Whether they need last-minute chocolate eggs for the annual Easter hunt, or roast dinner essentials, a trip to the supermarket is most likely on the card this weekend.

This year's celebrations kick off on Good Friday, March 29 and will last until Sunday, March 31. This means that many store opening hours for your favourite supermarket may differ within this time period.
