EastEnders' fans are convinced that Sonia Fowler, played by Natalie Cassidy, will name her unborn child after a Walford legend, after the character announced her pregnancy last week. As regular viewers will know, last year, Sonia started a relationship with Reiss (Jonny Freeman), despite the fact that his wife Debbie was in a long-term coma after suffering a stroke.

The proud mum-to-be was further upset when her friend Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) announced her pregnancy, but last month, Sonia discovered she was pregnant and shared the joyous news with Reiss at the Queen Vic. Now, fans believe they've figured out what she'll name her baby, as many fans believe she will honour one late Albert Square legend.
Taking to social media, one viewer speculated: "Sonia will probably give birth.
Baby is probably getting named Dot/Doroth," reports the Daily Star. Echoing the sentiment, another chimed in with a simple: "Yes!" Meanwhile, on an EastEnders Facebook fan group, chatter about Sonia's pregnancy was rife,
