New EastEnders spoilers show Karen Taylor is soon set to arrive back in Walford after fleeing to Spain back in December, having grown concerned about the whereabouts of her son Keanu. Karen (Lorraine Stanley) left Albert Square behind last year after Keanu (Danny Walters) blamed her for son Albie's kidnap, despite him being behind the entire thing.
Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) paid £50,000 in ransom money to have Albie returned, but unknown to him, the money was received by Karen. Eventually, Karen and Keanu were found out, with the entire plot revealed in front of all of Walford's residents in the Queen Vic, but Keanu solely blamed his mother, who took all of the responsibility for what had gone on.
Karen then decided to flee with Phil's £50,000, and she was last seen alongside Mitch (Roger Griffiths), his daughter Bailey and their grandchildren Mackenzie and Mia as they drove off to Spain. However, Karen will soon make her way back to Walford in search of Keanu, who was murdered on Christmas Day by Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) after attacking girlfriend Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), having found out Albie is actually Phil's son and not his.
Linda, Sharon, Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth), Denise Fox (Diane Parish) and Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) - AKA The Six - were all present when Keanu lost his life, and then proceeded to bury him under the burnt out cafe. They told the rest of the Albert Square residents that Keanu had fled the country after attacking Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) on Christmas Day, and no one has questioned The Six's version of events yet.
