Manchester City supporters are still confused by Pep Guardiola's decision not to make any substitutions in the Blues' 1-1 draw with RB Leipzig in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
The Blues took the lead against the German outfit in the first leg of their Round of 16 clash, with Riyad Mahrez once again getting on the scoresheet for the away side. Guardiola's men were dominant in the first half, but they were pegged back in the second period by a towering header from Josko Gvardiol.
City responded well to Leipzig's goal and felt they should have been awarded a late penalty for a handball from Benjamin Henrichs, but the referee opted against pointing to the spot - much to the anger of the City fans, players and manager.

Despite the away side pushing for a late winner to take back to the Etihad Stadium, Guardiola did not make any substitutions in the match. The Spaniard became the first manager since Jose Mourinho in 2018 to not make a single change in a Champions League match
Given that City had the likes of Julian Alvarez and Phil Foden on the bench, Blues fans were confused about Guardiola's decision in the game, even though he passionately defended his decision to stick with the XI already on the pitch.
Here is how some City supporters reacted to the call on social media:
City will host Leipzig at the Etihad for the second leg on March 14, but before that, they will clash with Bournemouth, Newcastle United and Crystal Palace in the Premier League, as well as taking on Bristol City in the FA Cup.
