A Coronation Street trio of beauties looked almost unrecognisable as they sported dramatic makeovers - but it wasn't quite as it seemed. ITV soap stars Samia Longchambon, Tina O'Brien and Lucy Fallon were all seen joining in using a filter that showed what they'd look like if they were born a redhead or dyed their hair ginger.
It appeared to start with Corrie's head of hair and makeup Gillian Walsh who took to Instagram as she managed to grab some of her colleagues and the soap's stars in the makeup room and getting them to use a ginger-coloured filter.
"National Ginger Day in Weatherfield," Gillian captioned the clip which actually started with Charlotte Jordan testing out the hair colour-changing filter.

As she posed and pouted for the camera, it was clear the 28-year-old, who is known for playing Daisy Midgeley in Corrie, was feeling the look and sharing the video to her own Instagram Story, Charlotte said: "Um... should I be ginger? Have I been doing life... wrong?"
Tina and Lucy, who recently reunited on-screen as mother and daughter duo Sarah Barlow and Bethany Platt, also featured in the video and later, a fan of the pair clipped their cameo which both soap stars shared to their individual Instagram Stories.
Meanwhile, Samia, who plays Maria Windass in the long-running soap, didn't want to miss out on the fun and tried the filter for herself.
