Coronation Street star Daniel Brocklebank has been thanked by fans after he shared a warning. The actor took to social media to tell his fans and followers that people have been setting up fake accounts pretending to be him.
Dan, who viewers know for playing Billy Mayhew in the ITV soap, took to Instagram with a typed-out message on a black background. It read: "I have only one Instagram account; the one you're currently looking at."
He added: "If you get a message or follow from any account other than this one. It's not me. Please report and block," alongside a red love heart. He didn't post the message with a caption to his 145,000 followers but it didn't take them long to start flooding the post with comments.
