Coronation Street star Will Mellor has been supported by his fans and followers as he shared some concerning news. The actor opened up online about a friend of his being 'really poorly' in the hospital and he spoke about how he'd given him a bit of a wakeup call.
Speaking to the camera as he walked down the street, Will, who is currently playing Harvey Gaskell in the ITV soap, said: "I'm just going for a walk... A friend of mine, a lad I know growing up only a year older than me, is really poorly in hospital and it's just had me thinking all weekend..."
He continued: "You get caught up in life, don't you and everything that goes with it - disappointments and worrying about things that don't really matter and chasing your job, work and money and all that - but when it comes down to it, if you've got your health, you're winning."

The Two Pints of Lager star went on to share: "I just wanted to do a shout-out to Dale. I'm thinking about you pal. All my best wishes go to you and your family. I wish you all the best and to everyone else out there, don't take your health for granted, it could always be a lot worse."
Will then captioned the post: "Sometimes life gives you a massive reality check! #health #donttakelifeforgranted," and he was soon being flooded with messages from those who support him.
