Coronation Street's Millie Gibson has unveiled a new tattoo on her back following her departure from the long-running soap. The 18 year old has played Kelly Neelan on the ITV soap for four years and a few days ago she confirmed that she has quit the show, with The Sun reporting earlier this month that viewers will see her bow out later this year in an “explosive” storyline that has been kept tightly under wraps.
She enjoyed leaving drinks with some of her castmates at The Alchemist in Salford Quays last Friday, and the pretty blonde made sure to post some snaps to Instagram of her outfit and new tattoo, which is a small-ish red butterfly in the centre of her back. Millie looked incredible for the occasion in a black strappy maxi-dress as she posed in a bathroom of a venue that she was in, even captioning the post: "bathroom break.." She wore a gold necklace that bore a large 'M' for Millie and her long blonde hair looked like it was fresh from a blow-dry.
Her best pal Tanisha Gorey, who plays Asha Alahan on the soap, commented: "Marry me NOW," whilst someone else wrote: "Little stunner". Millie was joined on the night out by Tanisha and a host of other Corrie stars, including Toyah Battersby star Georgia Taylor and Kel Allen who plays her on-screen mum Laura Neelan, as well as Nathan Graham (who plays James Bailey) and Mikey North (Gary Windass).
She posted plenty of photos from her night out, including one of a huge signed card, and she captioned the post: "Very much feeling the love… thank you to everyone who made this such a special night".
