Coronation Street's Claire Sweeney has offered her fans a filming update as she revealed she is 'done' - but not before being called out by her very well-known co-star.
The actress is currently playing Cassie Plummer in the ITV soap having joined the cast as the estranged mum of Tyrone Dobbs last year. Her casting was revealed almost a year ago, in April 2023, and she made her first appearance in June last year as Tyrone's real mum and the daughter of Evelyn Plummer.
After a tricky start, Cassie appears to have mended her fractured relationship with Evelyn, played by Dame Maureen Lipman, and has settled into the Dobbs' family home with Tyrone, played by Alan Halsall, his wife Fiz Stape and their children Hope and Ruby.

But away from screens, Claire regularly provides updates from the Corrie set and took to Instagram on Tuesday (March 26) to share updates from her last day on set ahead of her planned Easter break.
The former Brookside star posed for a beaming selfie in her dressing room and wrote to her fans and followers: "That's me done for Easter at Corrie (thermal long johns behind)."
It came after she was jokingly called out by her co-star for her behaviour on Corrie's Salford-based set. Claire shared a video of her enjoying a new between takes as she filmed on the street at Webster's Autocentre, where Cassie works with her son, Kevin Webster (Michael LeVell) and Abi Webster (Sally Carman-Dutine).
"Quick cuppe before next scene," the 52-year-old wrote alongside the video as she panned to show more of the street including the Underworld factory and the Platts' home. But
