Christine McGuinness has been supported by her fans and followers as she admitted to feeling 'lost'. The media personality and autism campaigner took to social media with a fresh video which showed her lost in her phone as she joked she was replying to texts sent to her several months ago.
It comes after Christine spoke about her reason for the lack of posts and updates after kicking off the year with some exciting career news. Sharing a selfie taken while in a lift, the 35-year-old wrote: "I know I'm a bit quieter...
"This is a good thing. I recognise when I'm burning out and so I take time off bur it's only short periods now, like a couple of hours or days. It used to be weeks so I'm good, doing good! She then added: "This it progress," alongside a white heart emoji.

But since then, Christine has returned to her Instagram page and shared a video showing her busy concentrating on her phone as she enjoyed a coffee out. "Just over here minding my own business," she started the caption of her post with a coffee cup emoji.
She continued: "Whilst my mind is consumed with up and coming business. It is taking me a while to get into this year, I’m not feeling the ‘new year buzz’ thing, maybe I’m still exhausted from December. But as the children settle back into school this week I’m hoping I start feeling myself again soon."
