Channel 4 Dispatches will air a special investigation on Saturday night that has the potential to be 'hugely damaging' for an A-list household name.
The 90-minute documentary will air at 9pm on the channel – but no information has been released about its content. The Mirror reported that the documentary is set to highlight bad behaviour by an A-list household name.
The contents of the Dispatches, which will discuss a number of celebrities in the industry, is said to be potentially hugely damaging for those involved.
One TV insider told the publication: "This programme has been years in the making and is being edited up to the last minute. It has the potential to halt the career of at least one celebrity with the contents."
After the Dispatches episode was listed without a title, the channel's news presenter Krishnan Guru-Murthy said: "Something’s up," before swiftly deleting his tweet.
A link to the programme comes up with a message reading: “That page cannot be found. Either the address is incorrect or the page is no longer available.”
The Radio Times TV guide has also featured it in its listings this week with no clearer explanation of what it’s about. The synopsis reads: “Dispatches - Investigation series covering issues in British society, politics, international current affairs, health, religion and the environment.”
The show is due to finish at about 10.30pm and will be repeated on Channel 4 the following day, Sunday, September 17, at 10.50pm.
