Lauren shot to fame after appearing on ITV's The Real Housewives of Cheshire which she joined in 2015. Before finding TV fame, Lauren worked in PR and marketing for VIP events and nightclubs She starred on the show for three years alongside Ampika Pickston, Dawn Ward and Leanne Brown before leaving, only to return again in 2020.
The TV personality later revealed that she took a break from the show after she went through a complicated divorce with her ex-husband.

Complicated divorce Lauren was married to Paul Simon for 13 years before they split shortly after she made her first appearance on The Real Housewives of Cheshire.
Their divorce was finalised in 2018 and Paul reportedly gave Lauren £3 million before winning an appeal against the order. Paul is a businessman and a director of various property investment companies - so it's safe to say he's made a considerable fortune.
