Casey, 39, may be best known for her stint on Celebrity Big Brother in 2014, but she has been making her mark in the world of wellness and showcasing her impressive fitness regime on social media.
Sharing how she felt she lost her identity after having her first child, Florence, five, with fiancé Dane Goodson, 38, Casey says she found herself again thanks to yoga. She’s since had two more daughters – Sadie, three, and two-year-old Daisy – and reveals she has now lost a combined total of 9st after gaining weight during her three pregnancies. And Casey is sharing her success with her new fitness platform Yogini Fiit, a relaunch of her 2019 venture, Yoga Blitz.
Here, she fills us in on how she fell in love with yoga and why her fitness plan can help to shake off the January blues. You look amazing, Casey! How did you get into such great shape? I got into yoga years and years ago – I just loved how I felt after doing it. I also noticed the difference in my body.
I didn’t do my yoga qualification to become a teacher, I just did it because I loved it.
Then a couple of years later I fell pregnant and put on lots of weight.
That’s when I used my yoga at home because I couldn’t get to the gym. I lost 4st with it and was feeling amazing. We hear you’ve got a new workout plan… I’m so excited for this year and for Yogini Fiit to have launched.
