Carol Vorderman hailed 'wonder woman' as she shares throwback bikini snap whilst 'sunbathing in space'

Carol Vorderman gave fans a glimpse of her younger self with a throwback bikini snap as she revealed she had 'sunbathed in space'. The former Countdown co-host, who appeared on the Channel 4 game show for 26 years, sent fans wild after showing off her youthful figure in a picture taken more than 10 years ago.
The 62-year-old TV star is no stranger to flaunting her gym-honed body as she posed in her bikini whilst appearing on I'm A Celebrity... South Africa. Carol joined the all-star series alongside past campmates including Helen Flanagan, Joe Swash and winner Myleene Klass before she was eliminated in ninth place alongside former royal butler Paul Burrell.
After her place on the South African series was revealed, Carol has since taken to Instagram to share a story about the time she 'sunbathed in space' as she then went on to ask fans for help.

The I'm A Celeb star shared a photo of herself smiling into the camera whilst holding a mug as she wore a dark green bikini and her hair in beach waves.
Explaining the picture, Carol told her 348,000 Instagram followers: "In 2010 a friend of mine from NASA was so kind on his trip to the International Space Station and took up a few trinkets for my family including this photo of me. He took a photo of the photo in the ISS with earth behind and I treasure it. It means "I've sunbathed in space". Ha.
She then went on to say: "Cut to 2023 and a beloved astronaut friend of mine (formerly NASA and legendary) is now the Chief Astronaut for Axiom Space. I'm off to see his launch scheduled for November. So he's said he'll take something up to the ISS for me this time. I've decided to choose a ring…
