A car has flipped onto its side in a horror crash near Ayr Hospital.
Emergency services raced to the scene earlier this morning following the smash on a countryside road.
Pictures from the scene show mercy crews surrounding a vehicle, with firefighters and ambulance personnel at the crash site.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 10.20am on Friday, March 31, 2023, we were called to a report of a one-car crash on an unclassified road which runs between the A77 and A713, to the south of Ayr.
"Emergency services attended and there are no reports of any injuries.
"Recovery was arranged.
"A 63-year-old man will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with the crash."
