Two brothers were arrested as £40k in cash, over 30,000 nitrous oxide cannisters and a haul of drugs were uncovered in early morning house raids.
Officers carried out four warrants across Stockport on Tuesday (January 9) as part of efforts to tackle organised crime. Four people, including brothers, were arrested and taken into custody after the raids.
During searches of the homes, police also recovered around £40k in cash, large quantities of white powder believed to be cocaine, vacuum packed cannabis, over 30,000 nitrous oxide cannisters, six Breitling watches and two Rolex watches.

A 41 year old man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A and B drugs, money laundering, and possession of psychoactive substance with intent to supply. A 38-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A and B drugs, money laundering, and possession of psychoactive substance with intent to supply.
Also arrested by officers was a 47-year-old woman, on suspicion of abstracting electricity and possession of cannabis and a 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A and B drugs, money laundering and possession of offensive weapons.
