Victoria Wood fans were delighted on Saturday night as the late comedy legend returned to TV screens on BBC 2 with a repeat of her much-loved Christmas special Victoria Wood with All the Trimmings. The sketch show features an array of famous faces, but fans were quick to comment how many of them are no longer with us.
The Bury comic, who died in 2016, was known for collaborating with a vast range of actors, including Julie Walters, Maxine Peake and Celia Imrie throughout her career. They all starred in her Christmas special, along with other familiar faces including Hugh Laurie and Richard E. Grant.

Among the star-studded cast were the late Alan Rickman, Caroline Aherne, Roger Moore, Michael Parkinson and Geraldine McEwan.
