An inmate at Barlinnie prison is on the roof of jail 'throwing slates' at officers below trying to control the situation.
Staff were alerted to the incident just before lunchtime on November 26. The incident remains ongoing.
The male prisoner is on the roof in an agitated and upset state and has reportedly been throwing slates at prison officers.

A Scottish Prison Service spokesperson said: "I can confirm an incident is ongoing and staff are working to bring it under control in a way which safeguards the wellbeing of all concerned."
Police Scotland say they currently have no report of the incident.
