But other than that…oh, one guy got hit by a car. He was in the car, so he had to go to the hospital, but he was okay. All of this to say that you do have to take care. But it’s great that everyone [on set] is watching out for each other.”

The film, directed by “Chicago” and “Into the Woods” helmer Rob Marshall, used practical water tanks and visual effects to create extensive underwater sequences for the movie. “I pushed myself as far as I’ve ever pushed myself in life,” Bailey told the publication about spending some days on set in the water for 13 hours. “And I feel like the message from [Ariel] was to know that you’ve always had it in you.”

Halcyon, a division of Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment, is producing the show, which is based on “Gemstone” by James Ellroy. Per the official logline, the show “follows two female detectives as they are sucked into the vortex of power, greed, and cold-blooded conspiracy in one of the most aspirational cities in the world, Beverly Hills.” Ed Decter is writing the series and will also serve as executive producer and showrunner. Along with Decter and Abraham, Ellroy, Stewart Till, and Richard Potter also executive produce. No network or streaming service is currently attached to the project.

Fury of the Gods,” playing the villainous Kalypso alongside Helen Mirren and “West Side Story” breakout Rachel Zegler. The three actors play the daughters of Atlas, who come to our planet to reclaim the magic that fuels Zachary Levi’s Shazam. Liu was recently asked by The Cut about starring in a superhero movie for the first time at 54 years old. “If it had happened earlier, it would have been miraculous,” Liu said. “It would have been a different story; my career would have been easier. There would have been more opportunity.” Sizable comic book movie roles for Asian-Americans simply did not exist when Liu was coming up in the industry. She had her action breakthrough playing Alex Munday opposite Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore in 2000’s “Charlie’s Angels” and its 2003 sequel, “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.”

The film marks the first “Deadpool” movie and Jackman’s first time playing Wolverine in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. “Bulking. Again.” Jackman’s meals include black bass (2,000 calories), Patagonia salmon (2,100 calories), two chicken burgers (around 1,000 calories each) and two grass-fed sirloins (1,100 calories each). That means Jackson is consuming over 8,000 calories a day now as he gets bulked up for Wolverine. During a recent interview on “The Late Late Show,” Quan said he spent the pandemic “at home trying to stay safe like everybody.” But he was also “so nervous” because no other acting offers were coming in since his comeback role in “Everything Everywhere” was being held for release for so long.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is "back, baby!" The Austrian-born actor and politician is making his scripted, live-action television debut in the new show "FUBAR." Schwarzenegger, who plays CIA operative Luke Brunner, says his new show is reminiscent of one of his old films. "Everywhere I go, people ask me when I'm going to do another big action comedy like ‘True Lies’… Well, here it is," he said in a press release.  The 1994 film starred Schwarzenegger with Jamie Lee Curtis, as a spy believed to be a salesman by his family.  Netflix details the show as surrounding "a CIA operative on the verge of retirement," who discovers a family secret. "Forced to go back into the field for one last job, the series tackles universal family dynamics set against a global backdrop of spies, action and humor." Schwarzenegger says the new show "will kick your a-- and make you laugh – and not just for two hours.
