Jake Thomas shot to fame at the tender age of 11 when he was cast in the hugely popular Disney series Lizzie McGuire.The show saw Lizzie, played by Hilary Duff, navigate life as a middle schooler. Lizzie did her best to handle friendship rivalries, popularity at school and even engaged in a couple of romantic trysts - all with her annoying baby brother getting on her nerves! Jake played the role of Matthew McGuire, who did his best to ruin his big sister’s life through a series of hilarious but sometimes misguided pranks and tricks. Jake, now 33, played the class clown perfectly between 2001 and 2004 but struggled to forge a career in the industry after the show wrapped.
