EastEnders star Bobby Brazier has been filming a role in a new TV series, it has been announced.The actor, who has won a National Television Award for his role as Freddie Slater in the soap, has joined the cast of Paramount+ drama Curfew, a six-part series that began filming in London earlier this year. Curfew is based on Jayne Cowie’s novel After Dark, and is set in a society governed by ‘The Women’s Safety Act’, where men are all tracked by ankle tags and are confined to their homes by a strict 7pm curfew every night.

Stacey Dooley has announced a huge career change as she follows in Cheryl’s footsteps to star in the West End show 2:22: A Ghost Story.The documentary maker will perform as Jenny as she makes her acting debut when the thriller returns to the West End in May.The Strictly star will be joined on stage by Inbetweeners star James Buckley, who is reprising his role as Ben. In 2021, the show premiered with Lily Allen in the role of Jenny. The Last Kingdom, has passed away at the age of 60.On April 4, Scott Marshall Partners, the actor’s talent agency of more than three decades, confirmed Schiller’s death in a statement (via PEOPLE).“It is with the heaviest and saddest hearts that we announce the death of our beloved client, Adrian Schiller, on Wednesday 3 April,” the statement began. “He has died far too soon, and we, his family and close friends are devastated by the loss.

Pamela Salem, who starred in both EastEnders and James Bond, has passed away at the age of 80.The production company Big Finish Insider confirmed the heartbreaking news, saying: "We are utterly heartbroken to confirm the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Pamela Salem". Producer David Richardson added: "Pamela Salem was lovely, and we all loved her. Whenever there was a Big Finish recording for her, she'd fly in from Miami on her own steam, without fuss or fanfare.
