The girlfriend of I’m A Celebrity star Sam Thompson has explained how Fred Sirieix should have helped him instead of giving him a row for ‘not concentrating’.
The French chef repeatedly told ADHD sufferer Sam to ‘calm down’ when cooking for his campmates before accusing him of lacking focus.

Rylan added: "I don't want to speak for Sam but I watched that and thought 'you know he has ADHD. Is saying 'calm down' like asking a coiled spring not to pop? Telling him to 'concentrate, concentrate' - just let him get on with it."
Zara refrained from hitting out at the treatment of Sam but did say: "I think the lovely thing about Sam is that he is able to not take things too personally. He was able to not be offended by that.

Zara earlier told viewers: "We've seen him come a long way in his
