Queen Elizabeth II's youngest grandchild James Viscount Severn looked heartbroken as he attended the Queen's funeral to say his final goodbye to his grandmother. Lady Louise Windsor and her brother James, Viscount Severn have joined senior royals at the state funeral of their grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. Lady Louise, 18, and 14 year old James accompanied their parents, Prince Edward and Sophie Wessex, at the emotional ceremony at Westminster Abbey.

Paying tribute to the Queen, many of the mourners at the funeral of Elizabeth II wore pearls alongside their black ensembles. And Zara Tindall, the Queen's eldest granddaughter, was no exception, opting for a simple pair of drop pearl earrings. The professional equestrian arrived at Westminster Abbey alongside her husband Mike Tindall and her cousins, Princess Beatrice and Eugenie to pay tribute to their beloved Granny.

The Prince Harry and Meghan Markle drama continued into the weekend as it wasn’t clear if the Sussexes would be attending a pre-funeral reception at Buckingham Palace on the eve of Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.  The Duke and Duchess of Sussex – who settled in California after stepping down as senior royals in 2020 – reportedly initially received an invitation to the Sunday evening reception, but conflicting reports said they were and weren’t expected to attend.  According to the Telegraph, they have now been uninvited because palace officials insisted that the reception hosted by King Charles III and Camilla, the queen consort, is only for working royals, which Harry and Meghan are not.
