A young cat was tragically left abandoned, alongside a 'heart-breaking' note from their owner. The 'sorry' pet owner says she could no longer keep Lilo, reports Manchester Evening News.
The one-year-old cat was rescued by staff at RSPCA’s Manchester and Salfordbranch. The note discovered with her was written by her owner and stated that they hoped ‘someone would love me more’.
The piece of paper also provided detailed instructions to help future owners give Lilo the love and care she needs. The note read: “My name is Lilo (Lee-Low) and I am one.

Staff at the RSPCA centre shared the note on social media on February 16, alongside explaining how they came to find the cat. They revealed that they had since found Lilo a new home based on her care instructions.
The post said: “This is Lilo. She was found abandoned with this note.

“She soon settled and forged a strong relationship with her foster mom. This enabled us to introduce her to new people and find Lilo the purrfect match of an adopter for her.
