Wrexham have announced they will be taking on MLS side LA Galaxy's second team in a friendly during their US tour this summer.
Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney's side make the trip stateside after securing promotion back to the Football League this season. Saturday's draw with Torquay United meant the Red Dragons finished the 2022/23 campaign with a record breaking 111 points to their name.
Speaking after the friendly with LA Galaxy II was confirmed, Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson said: "We're looking forward to our US tour as we gear up for our return to the EFL. We've enjoyed meeting supporters who have travelled over from America to visit us this season, and it will be a fantastic occasion to play against American opposition in front of more of these new fans.

"The match against LA Galaxy II promises to be a good, competitive game and will form an important part of our pre-season preparations, along with the fixtures against Chelsea and Manchester United that have already been confirmed."
As alluded to by Parkinson, LA Galaxy is not the only match which Wrexham will take part in across the pond. MEN Sport has taken a look at what we know so far about the tour.

July 1-4: Wrexham will feature in the 7v7 The Soccer Tournament in Cary, North Carolina. Fans can enter a waiting list for tickets, here.
July 19: Wrexham vs Chelsea at the Kenan Stadium, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Tickets for the match are sold out.
July 22: Wrexham vs LA Galaxy II at the Dignity Health Sports Park, Carson, California. Kick off is at 7:30pm local time, 3:30am in the UK. Tickets will be available to American Express card members from 10am PT, 6pm
