‘Wheel Of Fortune’ Co-Host Vanna White Closes New Deal As Game Show Kicks Off Final Season With Pat Sajak

Ryan Seacrest is happy to have Vanna White turning letters for him and showing him the ropes when he takes over at Wheel of Fortune.

The news of Vanna White extending her “Wheel of Fortune” contract through to the 2025-2026 TV season had Hoda Kotb recalling her own difficulties getting a raise.

White’s contract renewal was officially confirmed following months of negotiations. According to TMZ, White, 66, locked in a “substantial pay increase” and her contract is now through 2026.White was previously making $3 million a season and had reportedly been seeking a raise from the show’s producers, claiming that she only received bonuses for the last 18 years.Seacrest won’t be joining the ABC game show until current host Pat Sajek steps down in 2024.

William Earl Vanna White has extended her contract on “Wheel of Fortune” by two years as the show begins its farewell season with longtime host Pat Sajak. White has inked a contract extension that keeps her revealing letters on the durable syndicated game show through the 2025-26 TV season. Sajak announced earlier this year his plan to retire after Season 41, which began this week.

Multi-Emmy-winning producing duo Glenn Weiss and Ricky Kirshner have been tapped as executive producing showrunners for the 81st Golden Globe Awards. Weiss also is set to direct the live show on Sunday, January 7, 2024.
