Peter Schmeichel has spoken to Andre Onana to help him deal with his in-game mistakes.
The goalkeeper made another error in the 2-1 win over Brentford, failing to get a strong hand to Mathias Jensen’s opener for the visitors on 26 minutes as Manchester United went into the break behind.
Two stoppage-time Scott McTominay goals meant it ultimately didn’t matter but Onana’s form will concern fans and teammates alike. His howler against Bayern Munich was followed by a poor pass against Galatasaray that led to Casemiro's red card and a missed penalty in Tuesday’s Champions League defeat.

Schmeichel took it upon himself to speak to Onana after the 1-0 Premier League defeat to Crystal Palace and then again following the Galatasaray loss to help him deal with his errors.
Speaking to Premier League Productions, the former United No.1 said: “I think a lot of that [Onana's mistakes] is pressure. I spoke to him after Bayern. I spoke to him after Galatasaray as well and he was very down on the mistakes he made.
“I’m trying to speak to him about what it’s like being at Manchester United and why whatever [mistakes] you’ve made, you have to put it in a box and put it to the side. If you make a mistake in the game, it might be a mistake we can see, it might be a mistake that we don’t see.
“But you wait to think about it and analyse it after the game or at night or whatever. You have to be there for the next moment. If you’re not, you’ll make the next mistake. And now he’s upset the whole team. They will now not trust him even more, and it’s not good.”
Onana has kept just three clean sheets in his 11 outings
