While a pre-recorded appearance on the Jonathan Ross Show was being broadcast at home, with Littler featuring alongside Liam Gallagher and Millie Bobby Brown, he let his darts do the talking, beating Krzysztof Ratajski 6-3 in Wieze.
Despite being frustrated by Ratajski's slow play, Littler kept his composure, crucially breaking in the eighth leg with an impressive 11-dart finish. This victory sets up a rematch with Australian Damon Heta, who dashed Littler's hopes of triumphing at the UK Open last week in Minehead, in what was one of the tournament's most memorable matches.
