With the arrival of 2023 looming, many of us will be planning to make some changes with some New Year's Resolutions. Most Scots will be tucking into some good food and drink to celebrate the festive period, but come January 1, many of us will be whipping ourselves into shape.
Some of us will be hitting the gym in January to work off those extra calories consumed over the holidays, while others will be budgeting our year in the hopes of saving more money.
Then, you've got resolutions such as giving up smoking, travelling the world or being a wee bit kinder to the environment. Many of us make New Year's resolutions. Many of us have also broken these by January 2.
But, with a positive mindset in place just now, we want to know what goals our readers have set for 2023.
