Joy returned to our shores in 2020 when it was given a reboot and a weekly slot on RTÉ, helping many of us though lockdown. It was then confirmed that it would become a mainstay on our telly to the delight of viewers.
However, the broadcaster has now announced that it will not be coming back for another season after all.
