Daniel Whyte, 27, was last seen in his hometown of Perth at around 9.45am on Monday October 25.
He has been described as having a dark complexion with lighter patches, according to Police Scotland.
The 27-year-old is around 5ft 10ins tall, with receding brown hair and brown eyes.
