The 40-year-old American Idol is fresh off the release of her songs “Me” and “Mine,” which introduced her forthcoming album Chemistry.
She delivered the debut performance of “Mine” on The Kelly Clarkson Show earlier this week, and it sounds like she is calling Troye out at one point.

“What did I do to upset Kelly Clarkson,” he asked in a clip on TikTok before playing a clip of the performance where it sounds like she’s singing “Troye Sivan, who the hell do you think you are.”
In the caption, he asked Kelly to drop her location because he was “ready to fight.”
He followed it up with a second clip that sounds like she’s singing “You’re Troye Sivan.”
“This part kind of slays though,” he said, adding that it should be his theme song.
Kelly caught wind of Troye‘s TikToks and hopped on Instagram to respond. She reshared his video and reacted in the caption: “Troye Sivan, you know what you did,” she wrote, pairing it with a teasing emoji.
