A homeowner has been left raging after being pestered by their neighbour for a new fence.

A thug pushed a man to the floor, kicked him in the head and stole his wallet as he innocently walked home from a rugby match.
The victim, who had watched the rugby at Leigh, was walking home when he was attacked by Kyle Thompson on Brewery Lan on May 5. He punched him, causing him to fall to the floor where he then kicked him in the head.
Whilst the victim lay defenceless on the floor, Thompson, 30, stole his wallet from his back pocket and used his card to buy himself a takeaway on Chapel Street.

The incident was captured in full on CCTV, which showed the victim lying 'helpless' on the ground as he was kicked by Thompson.
Following a police investigation, Thompson was arrested on July 19 and has now been sentenced to three years for robbery and fraud by false representation.
Following his sentencing, a spokesperson for GMP said: "The incident was captured in full on CCTV, which was shocking to view whilst the victim lay helpless as Thompson kicked him to the head. Thankfully, the victim was not seriously injured but clearly it could have been much worse.
"Neighbourhood Crime Team officers are happy that the courts recognised the seriousness of the offence and the threat this individual poses to the public when they handed down his prison sentence."
