Three friends mysteriously found dead on holiday in Airbnb as heartbroken family demand answers

Three friends who went on holiday together to Mexico were mysteriously found dead in an Airbnb, leaving their devastated families desperate for answers. Courtez Hall, 33, from New Orleans and Kandace Florence and Jordan Marshall, both 28, from Virginia, were all found dead on November 2 in Mexico City, during the country's Day of the Dead celebrations, the Mirror reports.
The three US citizens' bodies have all been identified and their bizarre deaths remain under investigation, as the US Embassy confirmed they are monitoring the situation but have so far gotten no further with the case.
Ms Florence's boyfriend revealed that she had phoned him on October 30 and she told him that she wasn't feeling well. Their call was disconnected and he phoned the Airbnb host of the place she was staying at to make a welfare check.
Mr Hall's mother, Ceola, told WDSU that her son had phoned her on October 29 to let her know they had arrived. The US Embassy informed the families the following Monday that all three of them had tragically been found dead. She added: “He loved me, he loved his family. He loved to make everyone laugh.”
The families have reportedly all struggled with language barriers, which has made it difficult to receive information and retrieve their children's personal belongings. Mr Marshall's mother, Jennifer travelled to Mexico city along with Ms Florence's brother, Chad and sister in law, Amy Green.
The heartbroken mum said: “To lose your child is one thing, but in a whole other country and having to manoeuvre language barriers and travel and trying to get his body home, it’s been a lot."
