Police are hunting for teen suspects after thousands of pounds was taken in a Scots shop robbery in the early hours.
The theft happened in Kingussie at around 1.45am on Saturday, May 4, when two male youths broke into the Co-op store on the High Street on the A86.
They stole two cash boxes containing a four-figure sum of cash. Detectives in the Highlands are now appealing for information.
The suspects, described as being of average height and slim build, made off east along High Street in the direction of the A9.
Detective Inspector Andy Bilton said: “We are appealing for anyone who was in the area of High Street in the early hours of Saturday morning and may have seen or heard anything suspicious to please get in touch.
