Alison Hammond's fans mistook her ex-husband and father of her son Aidan for another famous face, when she shared a rare photo of him. The This Morning presenter, 49, was previously married to taxi driver Noureddine Boufaied – although it is not clear how long they were together on when they split. But from their relationship came their son Aidan, who is now 19 years old.
Alison had kept Aidan relatively away from the public eye until the lockdown in 2020, when he featured on her social media pages and appeared alongside her in a cooking segment filmed from home on This Morning. And in 2021, Aidan attended his first red carpet event, posing with his mum at the Pride of Britain Awards. Following his appearance, Alison uploaded a TikTok of her son on the red carpet, with photos of herself and Noureddine.
She captioned the post: "Aidan is certainly here! I have no idea where that confidence comes from," alongside a laughing and heart emojis. While many of Alison's fans commented on Aidan's handsome looks, some were also taken aback by Noureddine – claiming he has a celebrity lookalike. One commented: "I literally thought Aidan’s dad was Marti Pellow for a minute!” A second added: “I thought that was Marti Pellow.” While a third cheekily asked: “Who is the fit fella at the start?" Alison has remained on good terms with Noureddine, who has re-married and had more children.
