If you’re hoping to see some of these gorgeous blooms this season, then there are several National Trust places in and around Greater Manchester which have some incredible displays of daffodils. Entry prices vary for the different sites, although it’s free for National Trust members.

At Quarry Bank, one of Britain's greatest industrial heritage sites, you can spot daffodils in the 400-acre estate which surrounds the River Bollin. Meanwhile the gardens of Dunham Massey come alive with iconic yellow flowers at this time of year.
In Cheshire, Hare Hill bursts with colour as the garden springs back to life. The carriageway lined with daffodils and crocuses is particularly stunning. Over in Lancashire, the gardens at Rufford Old Hall come alive with daffodils, while purple crocuses pop up at the Beech Walk Paddock.
Further afield, Nostel near Wakefield has 300 acres of parkland and ancient woodland, with wildflower meadows that burst with colours. Bodnant Garden in Conwy is home to a spectacular display of daffodils in the Old Park meadow with acres of common Narsicuss pseudonarcissus and their varieties, which were planted on mass there from the 1920s and 1930s.
