Every year millions of house hunters flock to property sites in search for their next home, or just to have a nosey at what's on the market. From bargain houses to jaw-dropping mansions, Zoopla has an array of homes that have caught the eyes of keen buyers this year.
As we move towards the end of the year and look ahead to 2024, Zoopla has taken a look back to find the properties that attracted the most views from its users over the course of 2023. The property site said homeowners were searching for a range of homes across the UK, with seven out of the top 10 most-viewed properties being affordable family homes or doer-uppers.
Only three homes in the list are multi-million pound properties, indicating that 2023 was the year many homeowners became realistic about what they can afford - and therefore what they have been viewing. But that doesn't mean that a fair few people still haven't appreciated looking inside some of the country's most lavish residences.
